My passion for criminology stems from watching Dr Elizabeth Yardley on my TV screen. I am always inspired by how articulately she portrays the effects of a crime and the work that she does involving homicide.

About Me
'Ted Bundy: Brain or Body?' is an insightful read and very beautifully written by Madii with the help of myself. The blog has presented an interesting discussion into the harrowing mindset of serial killers with thought- provoking ideas and perspectives. Furthermore, it is strengthened by a compassionate, yet cautionary note to protect society and its potential victims.

Very interesting and thought-provoking reads. Madii captures a wide range of criminal behaviour and puts forward many theories towards them.

About Madii
Madii Hussain is a trainee biology teacher, criminology blogger and neurocriminology researcher at Birmingham City University. My research focuses upon the linkage between biology, neuroscience and criminology in brains of violent criminals and psychopaths. I am also a researcher for The Crimitalk and a blog writer for BCU Graduate+ and Offploy.

Furthermore, I am the 2019 President & Co-founder of the BCU Criminology Society. The criminology society was officially launched in November 2019. Initially, it was my incentive to encourage students and staff @ Birmingham City University to be able to share their passion for criminology with like-minded people which has now expanded very rapidly. So, if you are a BCU student or staff member and would like to join the society, please head to https://www.bcusu.com/organisation/criminology/
